Ham, Cheese and Pickled Apple Relish Waffelini |

Black Forest ham, Muenster cheese, pickled apple relish and stone-ground honey mustard, sandwiched between two Belgian Waffles.

Ingredients:

4 oz. Black Forest ham, sliced
4 oz. Muenster cheese, sliced
4 Tbsp. pickled Granny Smith apple relish
1 Tbsp. stone-ground honey mustard
2 Belgian Waffles

Preparation Instructions:
|
|
Spread mustard on one Belgian Waffle. Layer the ham, cheese and the pickled apple relish on top of the mustard. Cover with the second waffle.
Using a panini iron, press waffelini 3/4 to 1-inch thick. Divide waffelini into quarters and plate two per serving.
